What was your favourite or most memorable dream?

Mine was when i was 9. I dreamt that me and people i knew were fishes and lived life as normal but everyone were fishes. I remember waiting at an underwater traffic light and watching sharks and whales swim by before i was aloud to go into another part of the sea. It was very strange, i'll never forget it.

I hardly remember my dreams, but my favourite ones are the dreams you can get back into when you wake up then go back to sleep if you know what I mean?

And I also get some really sad and scary dreams and wake up with tears streaming down my face, weird.

I used to get really scary dreams regularly, was trapped in a house with no means of escape and there was some sort of monster roaming round trying to get me. Horrible.

..I think the worst dreams are those ones when you are convinced that someone is in the room with you/breathing on you and you can 'feel' them but you're completely paralysed and try so hard to move but you can't...

I've had that, it's absolutely horrible. You are frozen, literally cannot move. I wake with my heart galloping from that. Haven't had it in a long time thankfully.

I used to get these all the time and actually aw my doctor as I hated going to sleep. It is an anxiety attack when your body is asleep but your mind is awake. My doctor taught me some relaxation techniques to help bring you out of them faster but they are terrifying. Haven't had one for a couple of years but I used to have a lot, sometimes more than once in a night and it was really effecting me.

Ah I never knew that Annie, just thought they were nightmares. I have anxiety attacks now as an adult so it could possibly be even more deep seated than I realised.

Yeah..it's an anxiety manifestation. The doctor said it's really common for people suffering fro anxiety to experience them. Do you take anything. My doc gave me beta blockers to help and they really did. I don't get attacks so much any more and now realise what they are and not me dying of a heart attack...

I take medication yes Annie, they tried me with beta blockers but they didn't help, so I take a low dose of anti depressants to boost my serotonin levels. They are really good, I still have blips at especially stressful times, but I'm ok on the whole.

I have weird dreams all the time but this one was very vivid, ive got it on my computer somewhere so il go and find it and copy and paste it.

ok here goes last nights dream. first there was 2 gay guys in a multi storey carpark where i think they had gone for rumpy pumpy anyway one started bashing the other one over the head, until he saw someone watching him, all u cud see was the eyes, so the attacker ran away, the victim then got up and staggered towards the way out, someone was shouting to him run, run (i dont know if it was the attacker or the eyes) the victim was shouting help, help he was about 50yds or so away from the exit and a man was on his way out, but he totally ignored the victims cries for help. then i realised he had headphones on so cudnt hear him. The victim covered in blood by this time managed to stagger to the door just as a group of tennis players passed. 2 men and 2 woman dressed in tennis gear, they were about 15yds past the entrance when the victim staggered out still shouting for help. Only they never heard him becoz they were too busy laffing and joking on about one of the woman wanting a sausage roll. The victim then collapsed then a few people appeared to help. then wud u flippin believe this.... I WOKE UP!!!!!! ARGHHHH try as i might to get back to the bloody dream to find out wot happened. ie did the victim live or die? why was he attacked? who was the attacker? whose were the eyes? did the tennis player get her sausage roll. I could not get back to sleep. gutted lol

My ex walked in and took hold of it and just ripped the bat to peices in his hands.
I woke up feeling really relieved, it was a very obvious dream for me I wish they were all so easy to decipher.

I had a horrible dream zombie's was chasing people and if one got bit by a zombie they turn into zombie's. I kept running away from the zombie's and me and a few didn't get bit.

Another dream was when a zombie who turned into a alien was chasing someone in a UFO that was made of glass.

I'm forever meeting celebrities in my dreams. I used to dream that I was hugging Brax from Home and Away all the time in my dreams and then I got to meet him and hug him for real, that was amazing.

I had a dream the other week that Caroline Flack's boyfriend was trying to cheat on her with me and I was like 'Wait, no what you doing' but then I had a dream two days that they were getting married so he obviously changed his tune.

OMG so hard to chose. I can lucid dream pretty much at will so I chose to do that and can control pretty much every aspect of my dreams..so obviously they tend to be fantastic.

Quite fond of the ones where I can breathe underwater and go swim with whales and such..

Me and my family was walking to the shops in which I then turned around to look across the street, and I see this girl with long dark hair with her back towards me and she was just standing there, it was quite foggy so I couldn't see the road clearly but a truck comes and it's about to hit the girl and me and my family start running onto the road, only I managed to save her in time and then that was it, I really wanted to know if she was pretty.:bawling: Or why she wanted to kill herself.
