I tried a tiny bit of wine a year or so ago and hated it and beer looks horrible so I avoid alcohol. My sister gets really drunk every weekend and it doesn't appeal to me at all...

On average I probably go on a night out every 2 weekends. A night out usually consists of 8-12 pints and a few cheap shots. Dunno how many units that is

Dunno never really measure it, have a drink or two most nights with a few on weekends, then a 'big' night out every couple of weeks or so. Don't go on many town nights out at home though cos the nearest city is a good half hour away and it's a nightmare to organise and really expensive, never feel like its worth it these days

a bottle of wine has about 10 units so approx 2 units a glass. A pint of Cider would be about 3 units I think


I have half a bottle of wine Friday and Saturday nights so about 10 units a week.

I usually have a bottle of wine one night over the weekend so according to Jessicas chart that's 8.3 units a week cos the wine I drink is about 11%

I drink on average about 2 x 330ml bottles of Budweiser per year. I don't know how to calculate that into weekly units. lol

One bottle of beer of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 3 x 1.7= 5.1
Four cans of beer on Wednesday (only when there's footie on TV): 4 X 2.2= 8.8
Ten bottles of beer on Friday: 10 x 1.7= 17
Two shots of Tequila on Friday: 2 x 1 = 2
Never drink on Saturdays.
Six cans of beer on Sunday(if I go out): 6 x 2.2 = 13.2

= 46.1

It's not every week that I go out on a Sunday so if I stay in I'll probably only have 2 cans

and It's not all weeks There's footie on a Wednesday and I'll probably only have 1 bottle.

If at a party or club I will drink a a tiny bit more than I usually do but always stop at no more than 5 glasses of whatever I am drinking.

In a normal week, I will probably drink no more than the equivalent of 3 small glasses of wine.

Depends, but usually don't drink more than 24 ounces. Mainly Beer but I had a canned Lemonade spiked with alcohol I enjoyed it. Mainly when I'm watching Sporting Events.
