Lets look at it like this.
Linda - obviously standing up for Jim so he has a reason to nom her.
Casey - no reason to nom her. They get along.
Sam - he thinks shes sexy and they havent had any conflict, so no reason to nom her.
Lee - close mates
Ollie - Close mates
Jim - admires him to much and loves him.
Liz - he would of nommed her but she left.
Luisa - had a conflict were she mentioned his mother, there good friends but he used that as a reason.
