It's clear Ollie lives in some sort of bubble where everyone is polite and talks with posh accents. He probably thought his 'Mr nice guy' act would sail him through. I'm glad Luisa took him down a peg because his speech and actions came across as he shouldn't be nominated just because he's nice.
