I hope they do this secret eviction properly like how they evicted Stuart in BB5 or something along those lines. BB could play music and give the housemates drinks, call one person to the diary room and tell them they are being evicted. Or they could play music and then Emma could suddenly talk to the house halfway through a song and get someone out.
