Why can Dappy vote someone and not feel sorry if they don't talk to him he has to vote

It's natural for Dappy to be sad if someone stops talking to him after he nominated them. However, in Luisa's case she was hurt because Dappy nominated her for something which had happened before they'd become friends, making her feel as if he was only faking the friendship.
