[Npower used thermal imaging to discover
that the Houses of Parliament,
pictured, waste 'copious' amounts of
energy every day. This discovery was
made worse by the fact 36% of people
said they don't have insulation in their
own homes because the government
doesn't offer enough support]

It was built like 50 years ago or something right? it's like old. Obviously they didn't have modern standards of insulation back then.

Built longer back than that.

But so what
any building inside can be made air tight
they work in it at late hours Wasting burning energy into the night
that leaks through the buildings

You know what these 50 year old buildings (built 180 years ago) are like. How are you going to insulate it? It doesn't have cavity walls, there's no way you cold replace the windows, it'd be extortionate... Although I bet it wasn't as poorly insulated under Labour.

No.

But from the Inside
they can seal it better
Stopping Heat leaving.

The outside stays the same.

can't they fix some mirrors on adjacent rooftops to reflect sunlight or something? they could concentrate sunlight from other buildings to heat up parliament maybe?
