Allegedly murdered a woman called Meredith Kercher ( conspired with two others to carry it out )

There's no doubt in my mind she's guilty as charged

What's your age? I'm shocked that someone has never heard of it.

Nobody knows. They made a mockery of this case. My gut feeling tells me she did it, but i'm not 100% sure. :suspect:

I don't know the full case details, but 28 years, when the guy that was convicted of killing her got less

what did she do?

She was studying in italy and dating a guy called Raphella (or something like that)

their roommate, Meridith

was murdered and raped (i think) by this guy

Loads of people believe that Amanda and her boyfriend were in on it, that it was part of some gruesome sex game (?). She was found guilty in italy and sent to jial, but she was retried and found innocent, so she went back to the states, but since then she's been found guilty by another trial

Dont know really..but I lean more towards guilty tbh

MTVN posted this link the other day and the guilty reasons are seriously convincing (to me anyway) http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/italy/8803077/Amanda-Knox-Guilty-or-innocent-five-reasons-why.html

This is just going to be one of those cases that wont ever piss off from our press though. Another McCann case :bored:

hmmm, reading that makes me think she's innocent, especially the bit where Geude said he saw her outside, and not part of the actual attack

I don't know. She comes across as very cold and calculating to me.

I agree. The guard who used to look after her in jail said the exact same thing.

She's not exactly going to be joyfull & singing nursery rhymes giving the circumstances

Yeah I dunno, I think being accused of murder and the media focusing on your appearance and you being turned into this pop culture figure because of something you either did or didn't do would affect most people quite badly, maybe she was fun and outgoing before all of this happened. I really don't know if she's guilty or not but I think this case has become more about the shambles that Italy has made of it rather than the actual crime. The Kercher family seem convinced Knox has something to do with it and won't rest until she's behind bars but had they even ever met Amanda before their daughter was murdered? Or did they know her/about her reasonably well enough to make a judgement that she's involved?

The law seem to think the new dna evidence prooves their guilt. I'm not so sure. The blood sample they found on the knife is very small.

Yeah was gonna repost this, think I originally posted it a couple of years ago though in the thread that got bumped recently, reading that was what first made me think she was guilty

Oh dear

I only read the thread the other day and assumed it was all pretty recent

Everything I've read and seen suggests to me that she's guilty. The USA has an Extradition Treaty with Italy... let's see how that pans out. Although I think I already know.

I'm unsure, at first I was leaning towards innocent but now I'm leaning towards guilty. I don't agree with the circumstances of her conviction though.
