Katie Hopkins seems to be veering towards Channel 5 for work since ITV dumped her (she's part of the debate in their benefits debate programme - a move that completely removes any kind of credibility it would have over C4 as she'll just be there to throw offensive opinions around )so would not be in the slightest bit surprised to see her in the summer series. Especially as they'll be trying to keep the ball rolling from the previous series.
