My gym is literally three minutes from my bedroom so I go most days, wait until it's empty and put Pointless on the projector.

It's a good system.

Nearest one to me is £50 a month and I probably wouldn't use it that often so it's a waste of money. I've got some equipment at home which is good enough.

nope, never been to one. I wouldn't really consider it either, I'd rather exercise with nobody else watching.

..I used to go 3/4 times a week but haven't been for ages because I've had a dodgy shoulder/neck..but I am going to try to do it again because I generally feel much better when I do...

I used to get a membership with work and went about 3 times a week...I did classes and used the pool mainly....but then work cancelled our group membership because most people didn't use it :fist:

No but I go to 2 exercize classes usually a kettlebell class on a tues and a bootcamp on a thurs. £5 per class or if u pay £20 in advance u get one free. have been going about a year now, love it and have made 1 or two good mates there.

Yes sometimes,also do Zumba when I can and the dogs,kids and hubby keep me fit too:hugesmile:
