Yes more than once. I've witnessed an assault, it's very rough in the town centre here on Friday and Saturday nights, it's disgraceful tbh :idc: and I've witnessed theft.

Nothing major worth going to jail for a long time. Hung out with the wrong people at school and saw a lot of theft, damaging of property, graffiti, stealing oil from cars with tubes and things like that.. I was never involved but I witnessed a lot of it. And nah I'd never phone the police on people I knew. Not unless its serious crime anyway.

Saw someone getting busted for shoplifting at a petrol station. Got a stern talking to from the police and I knew his brother so we laughed about it at school.
My Mum had entered the station when she heard "I see you young man," and feared it was me. I would never do that.
I've also got caught speeding once...but got off with a warning. Does that count?

not an actual crime as it was happening, but I witnessed a guy being taken away in handcuffs by the police before inside a hospital.

I've seen plenty of shop lifting when I worked at a petrol station whilst I was at college.
Also saw a getaway car after an armed robbery in Manchester....

Yes
I was in the co-op and saw a man literally walk in, pick up a pack of beers and walk out again without paying. There was no security alarm when he walked out of the shop and no one else saw it happening. I didn't know what to do, so I just decided to forget it happened and carried on with my shopping. :joker:
I didn't want to be known for getting someone arrested in St. Helens D: I wouldn't live to see the next day.
..I saw Richard G take an apple from a blind man...
..it's not like he could see his ipad anyway so that's ok...

I was once in a pub and a guy came in taking a shopping list for what people wanted him to steal from the Morrisons over the road. That's not uncommon in pubs in the town centre though.

Well there were the times I was a victim if that counts, and also saw this guy defend himself against a group of guys who were trying to beat him up and I ended up getting my flights back to the UK paid for to testify in court that it was self defense which was a pretty sweet deal for me, meant I got a free weekend at home  and justice was served and the guy was found innocent

Crack head jumped on it and rode off though.

Yup, gavins dad gets his razors off the shoplifters. Like £2 instead of £10+

Hmmmm, many moons ago.
There was a big affray, two of the lads that were stabbed ended up on our sofa Until the emergency services arrived. Police and newspapers involved etc.
Took blood soaked stuff away and never returned them..not that we wanted them back.
One of my exes was a well known * cough* gangster, I had my eyes opened to quite a bit of the criminal side of life. I was very innocent at the time and quite shocked.

Yep, Coronation Street the other night. The number of those criminals calling themselves actors is disgraceful.

When I was 16 I worked in a bakery on a youth training scheme and someone stole cash out of the till. It was a customer he bought a sausage roll or something like that gve me the money and when the till opened he just sort of lunged over the counter and took the money. I had to go to the police station and everything do a photofit etc, it was in byker lol
Also in Byker I worked in a catalogue shop and made friends with this gay guy that worked there, and we had the same day off, a Thurs, which was pay day. So this one Thurs we met up to go and get our pay (back then it was in a little sealed envelope) anyway whilst we were there he wanted to see the girls that worked in the warehouse so we did, we stayed for a while chatting etc. Then when we left the shop he said to me *give me those trousers out your bag* to my utter shock he had actually nicked a pair or trousers in my bloody bag!!!!! Luckily we never got caught. Mind when he got sacked months later he was well in with the security guard and they actually nicked a carpet yes a carpet lol.

I didn't witness a crime, but i think i witnessed what i think later became a crime and didn't report it and i did nothing to stop it. I'm pretty sure we gave a ride "home" to some guys that ended up raping a guy. The guy i was with, who i had a ride with, gave them a ride, and it was 2 guys, looked like late 30's, and they had a completely passed out guy looked 18 or 19 at the most. and they were moving hjim around like a puppet the whole time, putting him in the car and getting him out of the car, literally like moving a dead body. When i say passed out i mean completely unresponsive. I'm pretty sure they were gonna rape him.
I stopped calling the guy who was my ride that night, it was too sketchy for me. I don't know if what i think was going on was really going on, and i'm glad i don't, maybe it was just my cynical imagination going wild? hopefully it was/. i still feel cowardly for not finding out though. It was definitely a messed up situation though.
