Pete wants to be 'magical' friends with Nikki

Im quite angry at hearing this! If he just wanted to be friends with her then he should have told her in the house and should not have been leading her on & giving her diffrent messages.

I agree. I think it was, in my opinion, a way to boost up his popularity.

I can't believe this, i thought for once he could actually treat a woman with respect.. Nikki feels so strongly about him and he's just dumping her after giving her the complete wrong signals. I think he is just being careful, he maybe meant friends at first and see what happens sometimes they way they take little snippets of actually what is said I wouldn't read too much into it myself.

Well, it was a big mistake as soon as she went back in the house I wanted to punish anyone that had anything to do with it and there must have been others like me. I have nothing against pete other than he helped get her back in the house and mess up the show for me for the last week.

I really can't see Pete & Nikki's relationship lasting very long.

I don't think their relationship is fake, and i do believe they genuinely like each other at the moment, but i think they will be bored with each other after a few weeks.

When Nikki first went back into the house Pete was all over her, but even after just a few days you could see she was starting to annoy him already.

Nikki will be happy to have a portion of Pete's huge manhood for a few weeks, but then i think they will both move on.

If they do stay together they must be the most weird celebrity couple in a loooong time.

Hopefully it isn't true, but if it is, that's truly horrible. He's messed her around ever since she had feelings for him, remember him laughing and giggling with ash, and then nikki storms out of the room and he doesn't get it. And then suddenly Nikki gets evicted with unanimous cheers and he's so0 deppressed. She comes back and now they're in love, only to whisper behind her back in the diary room like a coward, and then ignore her to talk to aisleyne when she clearly wasn't happy. He still wins after all of this and didn't even tell Nikki when she was in the house that it was over. God, i'm fuming.. how could he be so uncaring?

because hes spineless & pathetic! he reminds me of sven, both have the same characteristics ie soft, no back bone & selfish! glad people are seeing him for what he is now. richard, ash & glyn did very well, the true winners of BB...

Well I have never taken what is written in tabloids seriously tbh and having seen BBLB now I would say things seem fine between them Nikki hardly looked like she had just been told by someone she liked there was no future with them anyway and they looked very friendly in the people pics so I think it is a case of watch this space!!:thumbs:

I reckon Pete's just treading carefully for now. I always had a feeling things were going to change once the two of them left the house, but that doesn't mean there's no hope for the future. And, above all, I hope they stay really close friends for ages because they're so sweet together!

Hang on guys, I think were getting ahead of ourselves here. We're judging them on what tabloids are printing - and they mix things around so that they can sell more. Pete probably said that he wanted to be 'magical' friends with Nikki because he was embarrassed to say he really wanted to happen. And I hate to say it but there is no one more fake than Nikki (OK, possibly Susie); she hammed-up her tantrums so much in the last week that they were almost comical again instead of just annoying. Let me remind you that after the awards ceremony on the last night in the house Nikki cried "*******ing Pete gets all the *******ing awards!" If she really felt something for him she would have been proud instead of rude and cold towards him!

Pete's a nice guy who did this for his Mum - c'mon how many of us would do that? And, be perfectly honest - would you be able to put up with Nikki for long?

BUT...

If we are going to be sucked into the world of fantasy that is the papers, I heard that Pete wanted to spend a few days at home with his Mum and his brother but Nikki threw one of her infamous tantrums and thats why he is having second thoughts about their relationship.
