Robert Powell v Bill Oddie in the Hampstead Heath Dam plan 14.02.14

Oddie won't scratch Powell's back
both are feeling righteous of uk rain.
lots have views
it is wide on water spillage
but there was no singing blues
i wish i was at "United reform church" in Highgate village.
£15 million is the proposal
is this some sort of scam
over 300 years and no life disposal
still 200 people felt the need to talk "Dam".
Maire Caine is on no exaggerate
i love her "ulterior" motive" plan
while "Rachel Douglas" wants to investigate
maybe a history recap of incidents needs a scan.
1871 act prevents change

the ponds will be a town of "shanty"
unless we redevelop and let birds nest.
Hampstead Heath is expensive land
but the pond Dam is a fraction,
so would you shake the City of London's hand
or will you protest and head to the picket line for action.
