some good moments. the chap who won for best supporting actor in captain phillips was good....only downside was mirren, the worlds dullest actor....fair few good movies, i thought bale would win. 12 years looks good. leo was robbed too

crap awards. they give best direction to gravity. its a great movie but comon its cg1 most of it. try directing wolf street or american hustle.
and best actor award was pathetic. token awards to actors cause of the subject and circumstance. and ignore the real tallent. poor and predictable.

and wtf was that rap song at the beginning. i was ashamed to be british having to see all those stars tying to watch the screen with that crap going on around them.
who thought of that, poor.
fry had his moments but a lot of it was poor. and the death list i noticed paul walker just got one picture. poor all round really.
captain phillips was not good acting. wakey wakey , it was no different than a jason statham or stallone movie. but use hanks and some unknowns base it ona real story and no real action and suddenly its classed as something more than it is.
