I don't actually know whether you can still attach images on here. Just upload them to imgur. You don't have to register or anything.

Go to http://imgur.com and upload the image, then copy the link you'll be given at the end, wrap it in tags and it should work like this:

You also do the same for images from the internet, copy the URL and wrap it in those tags

Imgur. Click the little cloud with an up arrow in it or the Upload images- Computer button.
Click the folder the image is stored in. Click image. click upload. You will arrive at the page with your picture. Copy and paste the link at the side that has the: BBCODE (forums and message boards)
