This is my story skip if you cant be arse to read and lets get these diets out there and find what works, share our experiences and results in the 2nd post.

So I was always very skinny growing up and HATED HATED HATED it I was seen by the bullies in school as some feeble pathetic person, So I gave off this *I didn't give a **** attitude which didn't work ) I was still thrown in the bin every morning or locked in the bathroom lol.

When I plucked up the courage to get into the gay scene I got a lot of attention, freaky since I was the ugly duckling at school, formed a love of my body and was totally a changed man.

Then I hit 25 and my metabolism crashed after years of Maccy D's and beer but I was so happy I was gaining weight. Unfortunatley in 2 years and almost a 2 1/2 stone increase I was devastated to find I now have another challenge of getting this down to a size im finally happy with.

My current DIET is working wonders, Its a rip off of the starvation diet but I actually eat lol. I do it most of the month with a pig out day every 10 ish days.

Anyone got successful dieting stories, if you have been able to stick to the plan and what was involved?

So its like starvation but not quite, its a very very low calorie diet (500 calories a day) which is done every month with a treat day after 10 days on the diet to boost the metabolism.

Its not strict, eat slow aswell as it makes your brain feel like you've been consuming more apparently.

BREAKFAST: multivitamin just to get you nutrients with a special k bar or a banana with a teaspoon of honey or strangely a tin of tuna and glass of tomato juice.

DINNER: 1 skinless chicken breast with broccoli or any other veg than than potatoes ADD PEPPER AND GARLIC.

DESERT: Usually half a watermelon or a cherry yogurt.

Other dinner options: Proper chunky soup with added tinned veg is something stupid like 150 calories but makes you feel like you cant finish it.

1 hour of yoga on wii fit of course.

Evening Snack: special K bar after the workout or a banana/ryvita,bowl of fruit to lift any light headedness.

Its not even been a struggle if you feel light headed you could always crack open a tin of mushy peas or snack on beetroot, even tomato juice can be nice with pepper and celery.

Anyway its been 5 weeks and ive lost 1 stone 8lbs. Tone is defo coming back, rocking those hip muscles.

I also have one massive pig out every 10 days to boost my metabolism the challenge next is to not turn into a skeleton and build up lean muscle and not flab!!

So any success stories here?
