What's your favourite kind of soup?

I love cullen skink, tomato soup, chicken soup, mushroom soup, bacon/carrot/lentil type soups, pea and ham... mmm :love:

Out of a tin I only ever eat Heinz tomato I do like other kinds but meh tomato>>>>>

Much prefer home made soup though and almost always have some made during the non summer months my favourites are chicken and rice or lentil and veg.

Only like a few and they have to be Heinz. my fave is oxtail closely followed by tomato and for a change id have lentil.

Miso soup is my fave. But I don't know how to make that at home, of the ones I can make, I can do this ginger & carrot one that's delicious. Or a minestrone one with thin noodles that I learned how to do over xmas. Those two are my fave homemade ones.

New England Clam Chowder. No other soup even comes close imo.

So satisfying. Most soups just feel like an appetizer, but clam chowder feels like a proper filling meal.

Broccoli and Stilton! Nothing better.. Plus I detest broccoli so it's a good way to get my greens.

Also the chef at the pub I work at makes cream of roast pepper and it's possibly the best thing I've ever tasted.. He's just been fired actually so I'm going to contact him and ask for the recipe!

chicken soup is the worst i think. it's basically just boiled chicken in water. wtf.

boiled chicken is bad enuf as it is, serving it in murky water just makes it even more unappetizing.
