Do you eat Breakfast and what do you have?
I have it very irregularly, do love a good bacon butty every now and then in the mornings but can't be bothered with doing that every day, normally just stick with a cup of coffee
..coffee/yoghurt/orange juice...

I love breakfast, if I didn't have it I'd collapse before lunch.
Your body craves nutrients after being asleep for hours, I don't understand the appeal of postponing eating breakfast till the afternoon, you're meant to increase your calorie intake a lot during the day when you miss out on eating in the morning. It seems really unhealthy to me.

Gypsy goth I completely agree I always used to have breakfast when I was younger and most people used to say how can you eat when you have just woken up. But i feel you do need it as it gets you ready for the day

Yes, everyday. Usually I'll have a sandwich of whole wheat bread, avocado instead of mayo and some cheese, a bowl of fruits (today I had one of banana, apple, pear and papaya) with either oat flakes or granola on top of it and a big mug of coffee.
Not a massive fan, before a Brunch.
If I do, probably porridge.

Here's what happens when you don't eat a morning meal: Your body enters into a prolonged fasting state. It starts to believe that you won't be eating any time soon. When you finally eat lunch, your body stores it as fat because it thinks, "I'd better save this for later. I don't know when the next meal will come." That, of course, leads to weight gain. When you break the fast in the morning, on the other hand, your body can use that food to power you through the day.

I was never a breakfast person, I've come to like it due to the health benefits really. Mind you only muesli, dry fry bacon on granary or a boiled egg. Those pics alex posted of American style breakfasts make me feel sick.

Has any else noticed it's always only fat people that say that they hate fatty foods? why is it always out of shape people that say fatty food are so gross. you never hear a proper skinny sexy person saying they hate fatty foods.
It's quite ironic.

..I don't know Alex because I'm quite tiny, which is something I hate but I don't like fatty foods or at least, not so much the taste of them but more that I don't seem to have a tolerance with them...

i've never seen you say fast food is gross though, if you don't want to eat it, you don't eat it, you don't make a fuss over it though,. it seems to only be certain people who go on and on about how gross fast food is, and it seems to be the type of people who look like they eat the most of it, that's all i'm saying..

Very rarely but if I remember (which isn't often) probably cereal/toast and butter or something. Possibly waffles or pancakes with orange juice on the side some days.
Usually just make do with a cup of coffee, though and I could probably count on one hand the amount of times I have a full English in a year.

THIS^ GG has it spot on,skipping reakfast will not help you lose weight at all, your body needs breakfast, infact they say it should be the most important meal of the day,as it will help you stop snacking .I usually have cereals and a drink.I do like continental breakfasts though.

Usually just toast with butter and a cup of tea. Sometimes a bacon sandwich if it's the weekend. I used to quite like cereal in a morning but never seem to buy it these days. Breakfast time is very undramatic...

I do.
Sometimes it'll be at college though, in which case I'll get myself a sausage butty or something, but if I'm at home I'll stick to my cereal/toast and tea combo.

Actualy had breakfast today as I was really weak and dizzy. My blood sugar(I assume it is, as it goes away after I eat) goes mental when I'm pregnant and if I dont eat right then I'm ill for the rest of the day
Not the healthiest of breakfasts though..spaghetti with sausages and a slice of bread
