anything to do with current events. I like discussing stories that also have a more general theme and that lead to interesting larger political and social discussions.

Yes there is some of that there's also repeat threads where the debates seem to go round in circles and drag a bit if you know what I mean? and I also see some opinions that can come across as aimed for reaction rather than just personal opinion.

Used to like serious debates but it went downhill rapidly when it was merged with news stories.

I just float around the forum and post in whatever takes my fancy.
