How do you relax and wind down at the end of your day? Is it easy to switch off?

umm dunno, I kind of don't need to relax as such, I watch a bit of telly, read, surf the net or have a bit of a tidy round. As soon as my head hits the pillow I'm out most nights.

Can't beat putting your feet up and cracking open a couple of tinnies in the evening after a long hard day of doing nothing

I put my jimjams on and slob out in front of a couple of DVDs. If I'm really stressed, I might light a fire outside in the garden, play some great tunes, maybe drink a vodka and smoke a bit of exotic herbal mixture and watch the whole universe up there glittering.

When my parents aren't home I try to have a sneeky spliff while in the bath :hehe: that's like ultimate relaxation, though it only happens once in a blue moon ahaha

 This sounds glorious
Normally I'll sit and listen to ASMR videos, I find it very relaxing.

Yelling at people doesn't seem like it would be very relaxing

I feel it's relaxing after you've spoken your mind and you don't feel like you are holding anything in. I find it relieving. Letting the anger out. Like using a punching bag.
