sugar and lemon juice is a must :love:. sometimes I add fruit and ice-cream too.

Home made ones, just lemon juice for me.

Really into the ones on offer at Asda bakery though. They have loads f different flavours.
We will have a couple for afters at teatime.:hugesmile:

I like my pancakes covered in pate and mushrooms, wrapped around a fillet of beef and then wrapped in puff pastry.

Much prefer Scottish pancakes, don't really know how to describe them, they're smaller, bigger and fluffier, more like a sponge cake than anything else. Not really a fan of pancakes, haven't done anything to celebrate pancake day and never normally do. Would eat Scottish ones with butter.

I tried to make pancake few days ago, the end result for not good at all lol (I don't cook often)

put me of pancake forever!
