...I don't think everyone has tea, some people have lunch and dinner..but I guess it's called that because it's 'traditionally' sandwiches/cakes etc with a cup of tea..?...

Threads like this always make me think basically why is anything called anything. Then I wonder how we started speaking at all...like how go from nothing but grunts to talking about tea and cake. Then I get a headache. So thanks

..I actually hate tea, I think it's the worst drink ever...and even though I have only ever tried it once in my life and hated it, the first thing my mum always says to me when I visit is...'would you like a cup of tea...'...

..yeah, I make awful tea as well..it's because I never drink it, so I don't know how to make it right..I make awful food as well because I never eat it, so don't know that it's awful...I think you have to taste things to get them right...

So do you like other hot drinks Ammi? I like coffee sometimes and cup a soups.

..I have a coffee as soon as I wake up..before I put on my make-up..(got carried away there..)..a decaf because I'm caffeine intolerant with my migraines but that's probably the only hot drink I'll have most days..I drink far too much milkshake though, I'm trying to cut down on that...
