in all seriousness, i Think Russia knows more about UFOs than they will admit. I bet there are some very juicy KGB files.

There actually is a plan between Russia and the USA regarding UFOs, they were drawn up during the cold war. just to make sure that UFOs could not accidentally trigger nuclear war. Both USA and Russia have had many UFO incidents around nuclear sites, so both countries are well aware of the existence of UFOs.

seriously though, it's a real thing, the USA and Russia have actually talked about UFOs, because think about it, during the cold war, it was very important to make sure that neither side mistake any unexplained phenomenon as an act of aggression from the other side. It really was discussed, and there really are protocols inplace for UFOs on both sides. I'm not making it up.

it's real, and it's nice to know that the USA and Russia were able to both agree about this issue.
