We have had the same set for 3 years now and it's getting boring I don't mind the eye thing but I at least want them to get rid of the Stage and make the crowd bigger (even tbh the crowd are full of twats :bored:) but it will make it look like there's more space

and also a new interview room so we can't here the crowd booing, something like this plz

Don't get your hopes up. I don't know how many times people say this. The stage has been renewed and they're not moving it anytime soon by the looks of things. The exterior isn't a priority - the interior is.

The stage works for them so they probably won't change it. Channel 4's exterior never really changed that much. All they did was change the screen every four series or so and then the door.

Personally I wish they'd enclose the front of the house and have an indoor studio with a much smaller crowd

I'd be fine with how the set is if they just controlled the fecking crowd.

Yas! We need a clapping crowd, not a chanting one

The stage hasn't been renewed - the lease on the studio space (the house) and the planning permission for the village has been extended. You don't 'renew' a stage.

The stage is part of the production base at Elstree. The base includes the portacabins and the exterior stands/staging. The stage has to be leased and the lease gets renewed.

you're missing the point. Yes, the stage does get rented from Orbit - but no announcement regarding lease extensions or planning permission includes the whatever staging they decide to have. So, you have absolutely no idea if they have decided to rent the stage for another serious. That's just pure guess work based on the presumption that it is included in the planning permission on the portacabin village and the house itself. (which it isn't)

I agree I want a new outdoor set up but thinking about it Channel 4 didn't change it that much apart from BB3 then BB5 oh and the dreadful BB8, They changed it only slightly in their 8 year run at Elstree.

The thing is that Channel 5 kind of put a very signature style on the outside set and that's why its so noticeable, is that a bad thing? Dunno.

I think if the same staging was there but at double the capacity it would look epic but unfortunately its to over the top for such a small space.

In my opinion less is more and I would be happy with no stage at all and a large crowd with a walk way.

Bring back the bouncers and the barbed wire anyday.

That's exactly it. Too much in too small a space. It needs to be toned down.
