darn my lack of computer skills!! .. Help!!

I'm a self confessed numbnuts when it comes to my computer .. can someone tell me how i put a "youtube" clip on my posts .. i've seen loads of funny clips, and want others to see them.

That would just be a hyperlink, I think he is talking about embedding one, which I am not certain is available in BB code here, unless it is a flash file.
