Hi everyone, hope you are all well 😊
I'm taking part in a competition to raise awareness and funds for cotton farmers and manufacturers in India, pretty please could you all like my groups face book page and check out our video.
It's a competition and to get to the next stage we have to get as many likes and views as we can.
It would be much appreciated,
Katrina.

I think we give enough money to India via aid at the moment and there are enough billionaires in India to be looking after their own.

I'm not asking for you to donate money just to view the video me and my friends made and like our page.
And actually cotton farmers and clothing manufacturers get peanuts for what they do.

Thanks everyone for helping
I understand things may be worse else where or things aren't anything to do with the UK. But in actual fact when the clothes on your very own back came from those countries then I actually think it is something to do with you and is something we can all try to improve. If you think it has nothing to with us then you are very wrong, you are either ignorant to what's going on or your a pretty sh*t person tbh! It's one world why shouldn't we try to help!

In fairness Evenstar people are entitled to their opinions, getting annoyed because people don't share your vision won't get you anywhere you have to accept not everyone will want to help you with this, you have had more support than negativity so that is a plus!

I know, I'm not annoyed that people won't help me that's their business; what annoys me is that people didn't needn't need to be so negative.
I really appreciate all the help and support I have had

Someone comes into the thread with the sole purpose of being a prat, she reacts and then you have a go at her? Great logic that.

Hmmm... I was going to do this, but I've changed my mind after reading this post. Many of us - myself included - will be aware of this problem, and supportive of it already. I don't think Leather trumpet was rude to you, he just declined to take part and gave his reasons. I take it that it's toward Trumpet that you're directing this post. If someone doesn't want to support it for whatever reason, you've no right to call them ignorant seeing as how you only just seem to have discovered this good cause yourself, and you've definitely no right to accuse them of being a sh1t person.
