4 or 5 mugs of coffee a day. I get a headache if I don't drink it at least twice a day.

I only drink tea if someone makes it for me.

Too much.....I have at least two cups of strong tea before I leave the house at 7.30....

Then probably 3 more during the day at work although I try to substitute at least one for a lemon and ginger tea and then one when I get home from work.

None, not a fan of it. I would only drink tea if there was nothing else - I don't mind it, I just prefer to drink something cold.

A shower does me fine for early starts.

Only the elderly need caffeine to wake up their ageing bodies. :smug:

2/3 cups of coffee a day

Normally just have one when I wake up and then in the early evening but if I've had an early start I might have a second cup in the morning to keep me ticking along

5/6 mugs of coffee a day.
Until this week.
Doctor told me last week I had to cut down then I got a letter on Saturday from the Doc, results are in and not looking good.
Been on two mugs a day and drowning my kidneys in weak juice now.

I drink 2 or 3 mugs of very strong coffee a day. And I have a can of sugarfree red bull sometimes to get through work, but that's mainly on the days when I've stayed up too late the night before.

Not sure about the coffee Kizzy.
My routine blood tests came back showing I have dry kidneys. Doc told me to drink more water/juice. Put another test in 3 weeks later and now have to go back to discuss results, I have to do another blood test in a fortnight.
I do have a dull ache but I thought it was my liver.:conf:
Reckon it is just down to a bit of stress.
