Do you drink water?
How much plain water do you drink every day?
Do you drink bottled or tap water?
If you do not drink water, what do you do to stay hydrated?

I've been told I'm very dehydrated more than once. I detest water. I'll have it with juice, like Robinsons or Ribena and occasionally (well rarely) flavoured water but not impressed with that either tbh.

I go through phases of loving water and hating it. I bought 6 bottles (12 litres) of spring water yesterday for less than €3 and it actually tastes fine, so I am having a stint of being properly hydrated. :joker: I regularly get headaches from being dehydrated though, because I hate tap water. D:

I used to love water..not so much now.
I am drowning my kidneys with roughly 2 litres of water with weak squash added, that plus 3/4 mugs of coffee should get me hydrated again.
Suffering with "dry kidneys" at the minute.

Might have a bottle rabdomly at some point in the week but thats practically it, only other time I drink it on its own is if I've been doing some sort of sport, or those times when you've had a few beers in the evening and you wake up in the middle of the night with a mouth like Ghandi's flip flop

We have a water dispenser at work, I tend to drink it work but not when I'm at home. I love flavours so I'd rather drink juice or a soft drink.

I love water  it's my favourite thing to drink when I'm really thirsty, it's the only thing I drink daily.

water makes me more thirsty that's the honest truth the more I have the more thirtsy I get. I drink it thru the night as I often wake up thirsty, but It just makes me more thirsty. Im not dehydrated though thru the day. I have oj and a coffee @ breakfast time, a can of pop lunchtime and tea time and prob a glass of milk before bed.
