BBC faces £1MILLION racism lawsuit over Jeremy Clarkson's 'slope' quip
An actress is suing the BBC for up to £1million after Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson allegedly made a racist remark during the series finale.
Indian-born Somi Guha, 36, has instructed lawyers after Clarkson used the word 'slope' - a derogatory term for people of Asian descent - in the Top Gear Burma special.

I never heard that term either, but i don't understand the law suit, does that woman get the million if she wins and if so does that mean that every Asian person is then entitled to a million off Clarkeson/BBC too?

People need to lighten up, Clarkson is amazing Im not even interested in cars ,but watch the show every week for his sense of humour ,its a pity theres not more like him around, Ive never heard the name before either

Never heard of the word 'slope' described as an insult or racist comment.
When we were younger if one of our friends slunk off home or went away with other friends we called them a 'sloper' or said 'Where did you slope off to'
Edit - In fact urban dictionary describes it as what I said
