There are some schools of thought that suggest that remixes on YouTube, edit's etc. that use copyrighted material are pirating also.
This is what I'm investigating when I talk about that.

Yes but some stay on the site
as the Record Label thinks of doing a Official Bootleg CD
So they help old or dead artists get back in to sales
