I thought 2008 was still good despite Kyle doing some of the presenting. But when they moved channels it got cheaper, just like happened on the British version. Still, I have more hope with the casting on this version than on the CH5 British one.

well the block has started up again on win tv so not any time soon sadly, maybe 2 or 3 month.

unless they push big brother to a different time slot after the block being 9pm nightly but not sure how that would work with rating.

It'll start within the next 4-5 weeks. Nine announced that it would launch in either July or August. There's a lot of speculation that there is going to be a crossover with The Block, or some sort of task themed around The Block.

I'm expecting them to schedule Big Brother and The Block together, with BB taking the 7pm slot and then The Block coming later.
