Do you make sandwiches of anything that wouldn't be considered normal or healthy?

I used to put various odd things on bread tbh, such as; curry noodles and mushroom/tomato pasta. :joker:

I used to get vine leaves and open them up and spread all the rice over the bread into a sandwich and it was heavenly.

:joker: I used to have them when I was really young too, I think it was just because it was so easy to make, the thought of it repulses me now though.

Fish Fingers.

I don't think that's so weird tbh, just seems similar to a sausage sandwich or something like that.

Wasn't sugar and butter on the ration back then? :-)

My Dad makes sandwiches out of weird stuff like baked beans or potatoes. He's an animal. When I was little my cousin used to make sandwiches with Fry's chocolate cream bars. Filthburger...

:joker: My grandfather used to put slices of fruit cake inside two slices of bread, I think that's the strangest one I've heard.

Isn't that the opposite? Toast in a sandwich as opposed to bread between two slices of toast.

:laugh2: I put most things in Sarnies. Tried a pea sarnie once that was disgusting though. I love curry noodle Sarnies. I buy those cheap basic range ones, thicken them with a Batchelors golden vegetable cup a soup, leave it to go cold, then put it in a sarnie.
