I *****ing LOVE Adrian Belew!!!!! The guy's a musical genius and a freak of a guitar player.
I first heard him on the Zappa album Sheik Yerbouti and loved his playing. He was so good on the Bowie tour too. The version of 'Heroes' that is on Youtube filmed on that tour is fantastic!
I've never really listened to much King Crimson but i think i probably need to because besides Belew there's some other great musicians involved. Must get around to checking their albums out.
I've been a huge Nine Inch Nails fan since the start too so i was so happy when he started getting involved with Trent Reznor in the studio. His playing and style is so timeless and experimental and that's so evident when you hear how well he fits in with something like NIN.
I'm a guitarist myself and my main guitar for around the last six years has been a Parker Fly Deluxe which Adrian now has his own signature version of. I just wish i could play anywhere near as well as he does!!!:hugesmile:
