It depends where I'm dining. If its a pub then I'll go for medium to well done maybe even cremated but if I go to a swanky place I'll trust them enough to cook it medium-rare.

Used to be a religious well done man but then I had a steak in a fancy place where it was socially unacceptable to ask for anything more than medium so I just had that and it was amazing. If it's a good steak and properly cooked then I think that's the best way for it to be done but if I was being safe I would just have it nice and well done

Medium rare. Not so much so that you can see blood, but enough so that there's juice when you bite into it.

It has to be soft and juicy, tough steaks are disgusting, ruin the meat and are a pain to eat. I ****ing love steak <3
