should men be told top cover up ? daybreak 17.04.14

i don't want to provoke fear
so i will try my best
we are getting as bad as north Korea
had to expose this and get it off my chest.
we in England are restricted
sunshine does rarely arrive
we don't need no more "laws" on us inflicted
a bit more of "back to nature" is my drive. ( sorry GM one more copy line from outside)
yes in shops its unpleasant
alarm bells ring on hygiene
but in parks or or by ponds sizzle like a pheasant
because i don't think this is obscene.
this is not a "communist state"
come on UK and get a grip
so before this does escalate
take your top off with a proud slip.
am i right or wrong
will my message heed and have logging
i have recently exposed views that were strong
because far worse goes on hence my poem on "Dogging".

No, I do't want to be forced to look at a chest... it's like disgusting or something.
