Just thought a neat task for the next series might be that on one night during the series, BBOTS doesn't air. Instead, the housemates have to attempt to host their own episode of the show from within the house. One of the task rooms would be converted into a makeshift studio, and the housemates would have to collaboratively host, be the guests, be the musical act etc. Much like a talk show.
You could avoid any outside interaction by having the cameras at fixed angles, using a prompter to let the HMs know when breaks are upcoming etc. They'd pass if they could competently get through an hour of broadcasting.
Hell, maybe the production quality would be an improvement.
