Comfort Toys

Did you have any 'comfort toys' when you were young, like some kids have a teddy they can't be without and some have a blanket etc?

I never had anything like that as far as I remember :suspect:

..I had a blanket/still have a blanket that both of my boys had as children as well/kind of a family heirloom blanket...it's only around 8 inches square now though, there isn't much left of it...

Not a blanky type toy that I couldn't do without but I used to sleep with a blue teddy bear called Billy that I got when I was 7 till I was 21 :laugh: My son sleeps with him now

I had a little doll I took everywhere that I called Blondally... because I couldn't say blonde dolly. I still have her.

I had a tartan teddy bear called Scotty that I got when I was born and its still on my shelf....he is blind in one eye, deaf in ear and it looks like I did open heart surgery on him at some point but he still keeps me company when I need him

Had a Barney that I apparently took everywhere. One day I left it at my Auntie's and cried my eyes out on the way home so we had to turn around to fetch it.

Also, I apparently use to push this baby doll around in a buggie that my older cousin use to have. I somehow ended up with it and I loved it, apparently. :umm2:
