Has the forum never had the 24 hour clock?

Its not that we can't be bothered to enable it, if it's changed on the forum it's changed for everyone when most don't have a problem with the way it is now.

It can't have been an optional thing on here because it can only be done like that through an addon, so unless James removed it for some reason then nope it wasn't an option.

Yeah, think users could change it on the old XMB forum. (pre-2009 TiBB).

We can only change it now for everyone.
