The show maybe since they turned her into a nagging, protective mum but from my understanding she's one of the best-loved book narratives.

tbh I generally find that the show flits around so much and has to cover such a wide world and so many different stories and characters that I never really have time to get attached to any of them, I don't even recognise quite a few of the names on the poll

For me it was Rob Stark, maybe not the saddest but certainly the most shocking. I was sure he wouldn't die as there was such a big actor playing him, and I figured he'd be the main hero.

Stannis destroyed the Tryell's with a few hundred men living on Rats, Cats and Shoe leather and the Onions Davos shipped in whilst the enemy feasted outside , Robb had a healthy army and beat armys that arent even worth mentioning

For example, the scene this season where Melisandre was burning those people(Stannis's brother in law, among others) . In the show Stannis allowed her to burn them for whatever stupid reason was given (idols to other gods I think) but in the books he agrees to burn them to appease her but also because they were found to be talking to Twyin about switching sides to the Lannisters.

you should watch the spartacus series the last episode is tough on by one you lose everybody you liked
