If babies were to come from somewhere other than where they do now, where do you think the best place for them to come from would be?

You simply press the persons belly button (works on both men and women) and then a week later, instead of coming out of the vagina (because im literally scared of them) you poo it out, but it doesn't smell and there's no poop on the baby etc.
