Seeing the kids wound at the end was pretty gross, it didn't look like the dog did that much damage on the video. I think that cat really did save the boy's life

Dogs might be fierce, but cats... they've got strategy.
Definitive proof that cats > dogs
I like the point when the cat suddenly realises it is taking on a big dog so goes and tactically hides under the car to reflect on its good work

Cats showing their superiority. Fantastic work by the cat. Brilliant to see. http://www.superfunnyimages.com/images/d11d00e422_I-have-just-learned-that-showing-tongue-then-winking-may-only-work-for-cats-.gif
Why the mom left the son... The dog continues to linger on the other side of the SUV. She is trying to run it off while simultaneously getting the attention of the dog owner who is also in his driveway. She ends up going head to head with the dog, and also getting bit herself. Both the cat and the mom are bad-ass.
The first time a cat has ever done anything good for the human race, if we were making threads about Dogs doing good things then this forum would be the most busiest forum ever

Cats are really mysterious, intelligent creatures...

This dog randomly attacked a little boy. Luckily, his cat came in to save the day.

It was a fixed CCTV camera

I love the way the cat, after smacking into the dog, chases it off down the road then gets under the car ready for an ambush.
My cat Reggie 'high fives' me. I thought that was amazing till I saw this...

this is adorable... I think the cat was thinking 'bitch get off my property' more than 'bitch get off my boy' but its still really cute that it ended up saving the boy

My cat would be cheering on the dog, if I was in trouble like that.
My cat lost an eye in a fight so I know she'd be first one on the scene if I was getting mauled by a dog

I always thought I'd be able to somehow defend myself if a dog attacked me but seeing the way it grabbed that kids leg like a chew toy shows how hard it could be.
Also that's one cool cat

I've been attacked by a dog before, one of those big mountain dogs it was easily one of the scariest things that has ever happened to me in my life and there's literally nothing you can do once they attack.

Sounds awful. Was it a case you just literally froze or was the pain too much to do anything?

It was a combination of shock and pain really, it was my friends dog and it knew me really well with going in and out and staying over at their house etc but there was no answer when I chapped the front door one day and I walked around and let myself in the back gate and it just pounced on me, I was only 11 and really small so as soon as it jumped on me I crumbled and it sunk it's teeth into the top of my arm and started swinging me about, luckily her dad heard, ran out and dragged him off of me.

First, I just want to address this.. "chapped the front door"... only in Scotland lol
But, yeah, a dog attacked a postman here.. [how very comic book].. and he was a big guy.. done martial arts, and had a decent build.. but he literally froze with shock and pain when the dog got him.. it was a decent sized dog.. he was quite badly affected by the incident as well... is still really wary of dogs.
In another note.. my old ginger cat chased a dog out of our garden once.. he just came out the back door and the dog was coming in the path, and the cat dived at him... but not content to get him out of the garden, he continued to chase him down the street for a good few blocks lol
