Casting Kel would be making exactly the same mistake that was made with Dustin Diamond and to a lesser extent Alfonso Ribiero in IAC, just because someone played a recognised and over-the-top character in a TV show doesn't mean that the man behind him is going to act the same, especially in the case of Kel who is I believe now trying to be a credible theatre actor.

Trust me people are going to be making the same calls in 20 years time about Jim Parsons.
