it's horrrrrrible you literally spend the entire day in the clinic, get your numbing injection (which doesn't numb ****) and wait hours to be called in for your procedure. then you have a bloody bandage for a few weeks and have to take it off in the bath tub :( literally takes an hour to peel it off, it STUNG.

I remember the procedure room vividly, it had a car poster
