Will be watching BB rather than BGT that has been sh*t for years

at least it doesn't clash with any of the launches tbh

The final should be over by 10pm, was last year...so as long as C5 are smart it won't matter

The first highlights show is just what happened the night before edited a bit, shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Titles a bit misleading.

Just says they are on the same night BB can just go out at 10pm or 10.10pm like they do with X Factor.

The Saturday shows are allways the lowest rated of the week and seeing as this is the first highlights show people will stupidly just assume its a repeat of the launch when its not its the whole highlights of what happened after they enter the house.

Im sure after 15 series they are aware of that trend so will do their best to maintain viewership.

Totally untrue and it does matter ratings wise.

What? That has nothing to do with ratings/timings etc... :conf:

Plus, it's not just "what we saw the night before" at all. If that was true then we wouldn't have seen Gina vs Sallie and the whole beanie-snatch incident.

Exactly!

After 14 years on air the public still cant grasp that its so annoying.

BB should be Saturday night prime time tv but people just think its a rehash of the evictions when the eviction is only covered for about 5 minutes, the rest is totally new footage.

Will watch both. They will be on at different times. If not it can be taped or there is always channel 5 plus 1

That's not why people don't watch BB on Saturday nights at all. lol.

Record it

Exactly. People go on like there's these big TV battles but that just doesn't happen any more. With the record feature and catch-up TV most things aren't watched lived.

I didn't watch any of the last CBB live as I always like to skip adverts.

Hopefully those viewers who watch BGT tune into BB!

If Channel 5 has any sense they'll air the BB advert during the BGT final

Desmond won't pay for it though :fist:

I'm just hoping they air it on other channels at all tbh

I do the same. I tend to have to catch up on a week because I forget about it.

Let's be honest - the episode in question last year had Gina's epic entrance into the house

OMG I would *** in my pants.

Its possible remember the Speidi series was constantly advertised on ITV throughout the show not just for launch.

It's Saturday. People work all week. Weekends are for having fun, not sitting in front of the television watching reality TV.

Ok and that's why The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent get 12 million viewers on the same night.

You kinda just answered your own question then didn't you. Everyone that is at home bothering to watch tv are invested in other shows that have more entertainment value then watching people on BB.
