That's what you do with it. Maybe a little twist or jiggle but you need to be forceful in pulling it out, it's so difficult sometimes and really hurts your hand. That or it suddenly shoots out and you get it everywhere. :(

Pull it harder, Put it between you legs get a firm grip and use both hands. That usually works.

Nobody would believe the utter utter ****e I've eaten for the past 4 weeks! We're almost on first name terms with all the local takeaway/sandwich shop/bar staff already.
