..or within the first day or so..or wait for the housemates to settle in first and then decide who you're going to support..?...

There are housemates I take to on the first night but I usually take 2 or 3 days to decide likely favourite/s.
There are some like Freddie,Ben Duncan and Aaron who became my favourites early on and lasted right until they either were evicted or in Aaron's case went on to win.

I pick my favourites on launch night but more often than not change my mind. For example, I loved Samanda on launch night for BB8 but after a day or two they turned boring and I hated Charley Uchea on the same launch night, but ended up loving her.

I always pick someone on launch night but usually after a day or so I decide properly after I've seen a bit of them then I tend to stick with them.

Sometimes, last year for the first couple of days, there wasn't anyone I even remotely liked. But then I started loving Dexter and Gina. So it takes a couple of days for me to work them all out.

Rarely it takes me a week or maybe longer to find a favourite.

No. It normal takes me a week or two to decide who my favourites are.

I always have a favourite on launch night (I always actually look forward to the ranking threads ), but that early favourite usually changes. Sometimes they even end up becoming one of my least favourites.

So, short answer: Yes I do pick a favourite, but they don't necessarily stay that. :)

I have favourites on launch night, but after a week or so they probably change and towards the end I normally have one I really want to win.

I usually go with my gut instincts and have a favourite on launch, it's good fun supporting one housemate from the very start.. I sometimes begin to like one or two more housemates as the season progresses too.

Usually settle on my favourite in the first few days.

Sometimes an early eviction (Anoushka, Steph, Rachael) leaves me searching for alternates.

No.

I need a good few days to see what they are like, work them out.

On the first night they are mostly, too excited, over nervous, too loud etc and tend to not be themselves IMO.

I never know who I like for at least a week the only exception is gina.

I never really pick a favourite.

A few weeks in one or two usually stand out as ones I'm rooting for or supporting/on the side of.

But I never really choose a favourite. I'm not bothered too much about who wins.

I picked Deana then Sallie on launch night and didn't regret those :flutter:

Yes I have a first impression and think 'HE/SHE IS GOING TO BE MY FAVE', and sometimes it's been disastrous. Like when Charlie was my chosen one in BB10 </3. Thankfully I quickly realised he was a bellend.

It usually takes me about 4 to 5 days to pick my favourite, but with Aaron on BB12 I liked him from the launch show.

Me too. When he told Rebeckah that "you left your dignity at the door" when you walk in I was hooked.

Not on opening night, but within the first week I usually have my favourite to support throughout the series.

Im a lot better in spotting the HM's im going to hate or will be annoying on opening night....I picked Charlie (Nana Charlie) and Kris to be horrible people on opening night of their BB, and I was proved right. :D

There's nearly always one you can tell you are going to like from the launch. But that hasn't happened to me since Adam the guy from America then I ended up not watching anyway

Usually takes about a week, sometimes 2.

I tend to hate them all on launch night and think that its going to be a really crap series

They all tend to talk over each other and the gob on legs (Sallie, Lydia etc) shouts to get herself heard. :bored:

The only people I remember loving just by their VT's are Vanessa (BB6), Grace & Kathreya.

I do normally wait until a week has passed to solidify who my favourites are. I remember last year I changed my mind literally every day in the first week.

I guess in the first two weeks I settle on someone to support in the show. I find the VTs can be very misleading, often the person is not at all how they portray themselves.

Also having live feed, even for an hour a day, helps me form a much better opinion on their personalities.
