View Full Version : Guesses about the split launch?
What do you all think the split launch is for?
First Night - Housemates with the POWER
Second Night - Housemates without?
Maybe?
Any ideas

Two separate areas of the house.
One set living in one area on the first night then the second set move in, another area of the house is opened up for only them to have access to.

What would the point be though? would that be just live having a secret room, bedsit etc?

Oh no, I meant they all live in the house together (no secrets :nono:) but only the housemates with power get the luxury bathroom and other things which are opened up on night two.

Oh right I get you now, yeah could be that I suppose.

Group 1 enter on night one, and one of them is crowned HOH, group 2 enter a day later and the HOH decides which of the two groups gets their suitcases.
Not what I want, but what I expect.

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised about more suitcase rubbish.

The ones who enter on the first night hide behind the sofas on the second night, then when everyone's in they jump up and say "boo!".

New York demanded to be fashionably late so they gave her her own launch.

Or, everyone goes in on night one and something else takes place on night two?

First of all can they just roll up in cars, WITH their suitcase and not talk to Emma. That would be an ideal start.
Then.. I'm thinking maybe the dating match thing? We haven't done that in out country yet I don't think. First half in on the first night. Then their "ideal partners" in on the second night.
I'm really not saying this is a great idea.. Just something I could see channel 5 doing.

They have no room for a wheelie bin let alone a car.

10 people enter the house on night one. While the other 6 or so housemates watch them before they go in on the second night. The 6 housemates going in on the second night will have the power and will already know a bit about the other housemates.

Around 8 HMs enter on launch 1, then during launch 2 there's about 10 HMs yet to enter and the 8 HMs from launch 1 get the 'power' to decide which HMs from launch 2 go in the house.

All the housemates will be aware that it's a split launch. They aren't in hiding yet.
So if the first night entry don't get a special mission they will guess that the 2nd night ones will.
BB always want a twist on first night, though, so it will likely be one/some of them that get the special task/power.

I don't want the first batch of housemates to have power, too unfair and predictable
