Closed off stairs?!?

The DR is up those stairs which would be next to the front door, and the stairs are closed off?! Could we finally have 'Housemates, please close the door and return to the main house' again?

Doesn't look closed off to me unless there's a removable glass panel at the very bottom of the stairs

They aren't closed off, just have like a screen at the side

I'm sure the DR is upstairs? The touch screen hand thing is where the DR button was last year, it's the exact same plinth that hasn't moved
