I'm sure a few years ago everyone in the world banged on about how good it was but now it's sort of disappeared from public view in a way... Like people don't say you should buy organic now ect

'Organic' 'free range' it's all bs, if you want truly organic and free range food you'll have to grow it all yourself

I do sometimes but my budget is far too small to do it regularly, I get organic teabags, nuts, mushrooms and porridge oats, organic veg lasts much longer in the fridge than non so it's not bs.

We always get free range eggs though
