Another option - no goalscorer. Like France in 2002. England can easily struggle against Italy (stubborn Azzuri defence), Uruguay might get lucky and Costa Rica will have been thrashed by Uruguay and threfore play for pride and defend surprisngly decently. Realistic scenario.
